Please allow approximately two weeks for production and delivery on most made-to-order items. Stocked pieces ship within 3–5 business days.

We ship nationwide across the United States. International shipping is available by request — please contact us before ordering so we can quote the freight accurately.

Framed works and canvases are wrapped in glassine, corner-protected, and packed in custom corrugated cartons. Larger framed pieces ship via white-glove freight when needed.

Yes — you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your piece leaves the studio.

Stocked pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Returns must arrive in original condition. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

Frame options vary by collection. Most canvas pieces are offered in three frame finishes — natural bleached wood, gold floating frame, and a black gallery frame. Works on paper are framed in bleached wood, gold bamboo, or matte brass.

Yes. All framed pieces ship with hanging hardware attached. No additional assembly required.

Many canvases are available unframed at a reduced price. Look for the unframed option in the size/format selector on the product page.

Each wallpaper pattern offers a sample swatch option. Order swatches before committing to full rolls — color can vary slightly from your screen to your wall.

Standard rolls are listed on each pattern's product page along with the repeat specs and material. Custom run lengths are available for larger installs — contact us for a quote.

Installation is not currently offered through the studio. We recommend hiring a professional paperhanger and providing them with the printed installation notes that ship with every order.

Most patterns are wipeable with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Full care instructions ship with each order and are available on the product page.

Yes. Custom commissions are accepted on a limited basis each quarter. Start by submitting a commission inquiry on the Custom Orders page with size, palette, and any reference imagery.

Most commissions are completed within 6–10 weeks of approval. Larger pieces and complex compositions take longer — timing is confirmed before deposit.

Yes. Designer and trade pricing is available with verification. Inquire through the Custom Orders page or contact the studio directly.

Many pieces can be reproduced at a non-standard size. Contact the studio with the piece and the size you'd like, and we'll quote it.
